Discovery is the first simulation tool to combine instant physics simulation, accurate high-fidelity simulation and interactive geometry modeling into a single very easy-to-use interface. With respect to additive manufacturing, the software leverages capabilities from exaSim, the process simulation software that was acquired by Ansys along with developer 3DSIM.
