巴斯夫亚太创新园(上海)设有两个3D打印研发实验室,分别专注于基于激光烧结工艺的3D打印解决方案,及先进光敏材料。上海研发团队与全球3D打印团队紧密合作,并携手本土客户及设备制造商,开发满足地区需求的先进材料。

BASF operates two 3D printing research labs at the Innovation Campus Asia Pacific (Shanghai). One lab focuses on printing solutions that are based on laser sintering processes and the other on advanced photopolymer systems. Shanghai research team works closely with global 3D printing team and external partners, such as local customers and equipment manufacturers, in order to develop advanced materials that meet regional needs.

研发人员在查看结构复杂的3D打印塑料球。在独立成型部件的工业制造领域(如汽车制造),3D打印具有广泛的应用前景。与普遍使用的聚酰胺-12 相比,巴斯夫为激光烧结工艺开发的聚酰胺-6 粉末有助于提高成品的强度和热稳定性。

Researchers are looking at a 3D-printed plastic ball in a complex structure. 3D printing is gaining prominence in the industrial production of individually shaped plastic parts, for example in automotive manufacturing. BASF has developed a plyamide-6 powder for laser sintering processes, which makes objects stronger and more thermally stable than the widely used polyamide-12.

At another 3D printing research lab, one researcher is working on advanced photopolymer systems for 3D printing. Here, BASF focuses on the development of advanced inks and resins for 3D-printed functional parts with high impact strength.
